- How do I get to The Belfry Hotel & Resort?
- This year's conference will take place in the Woodlands Suite at The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield (B76 9PR), which is conveniently located for road, rail, and air travel. Visit The Belfry Hotel & Resort website for detailed advice about travelling to the venue.
- Will transport be available for HQ colleagues?
- We will organise a coach transport to take our colleagues from St. Asaph HQ to the venue and back. The coach will leave the office no later than 6.00am. The conference will finish at 5.00pm and the coach will be ready to leave as soon as it is full. Colleagues travelling on the coach are advised to bring breakfast with them; tea and coffee will be served on arrival at the venue.
- I'm travelling by car - will parking be available at The Belfry Hotel & Resort?
- Parking will be available at the venue and is offered free to all delegates. EV charging points are also available. We recommend parking close to the Woodlands Suite, where the Conference will take place.
- Are you able to cater for specific dietary requirements?
- If you have informed us of specific/health-related dietary requirement on the registration form, we will forward this to the caterers and you will be catered for accordingly. Specific food will be prepared according to the information you provide on the registration form. At the venue, speak to a member of the catering team.
- Is accommodation available at The Belfry Hotel & Resort?
- For those requiring overnight accommodation for the night of 14th October 2025, we have managed to secure a limited number of rooms at preferential rate of £209 bed and breakfast single occupancy for overnight accommodation at The Belfry. These rooms will be released to general sale, subject to The Belfry's usual room rates, on 22nd August 2025, so please book early to secure. Email lauren.grady@thebelfry.com. Let Lauren know you are booking for the GreenThumb Event and provide the following code: GREE141025. Guests are responsible for accommodation costs and all extras. Please note that these reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
